Please email us your vacancy details and we will provide you with CVs of candidates for Interview free of charge with no obligation at a day, time and place of your choice. Our clients only pay after hiring a successful candidate. For your convenience our candidates can come to you! Interviews can be at your home, office or shopping centre alternatively at our offices.
The candidates have been thoroughly screened, evaluated, assessed and their backgrounds have been checked. We pride ourselves with our pre-placement grooming methods which are both corrective and preventative. We have done all we could to ensure we give you an overally suitable and fit candidate.
In addition, candidates have received some Training in any of the following Courses: Housekeeping, Childminding & CPR and are fluent in English. We believe they have been equipped with the sufficient skills to execute their duties efficiently and commendably!
Our affordable placement fees include a free replacement within 6 months, free temporary stand in staff placements when your domestic worker cannot come to work, optional assistance with contracts and UIF administrations.
CLIENT MUST ADVISE ON:

4. Sleep out/part time jobs, daily clock-in and knock off times.
5. Number of working days per week.
6. Preferred age range and language (we have South Africans, Zimbabweans and Lesotho aged 25-50 years)
7. Start date (please note that most of the domestic workers on file are currently unemployed and looking for immediate employment. We recommend starting the process a month or less before hiring)
The full- time placement fee is a once- off R2400 payable after a successful interview and on confirmation that you are hiring the domestic worker. For a more practical analysis or in time constraints, you also have an option to skip the interview process and do a paid on the job trial for 2 days (pro-rated from monthly salary)
With a candidate selected from the CVs, before committing. This option comes with a discounted placement fee (minus R400)
